im getting a portfolio ready to apply to concordia in montreal. i ran around today getting a bunch of shit together, i think im pretty much done, which is sweet as hell.
thanks for the fave next time im in Van i think i'll pick myself up a purple fish camera. i don't mind the whole point and shoot business cause i'm use to taking pictures on those crappy $1 disposables with a 12roll. and i love it just the same!
you should do it. then ill have to compare and contrast my findings with yours. haha, a couple nights ago i was using that camera for a flash when i was drunk and ended up drawing all over it so it looks so stupid now.
yea i had a look at them, but the first is still my favourite. i like 'room for the living' , even though it is a bit dark. the one with the dick is actually pretty good, like, it's an interesting photo. it's sweet that the spray paint is purple. is it still actually on your wall? i'm curious to see how the rest of the roll turned out, cuz i'm considering buying one of those cameras. do you think it's worth it?
yeah that was my favourite too. haha that one was so weird. i have no idea who that girl is or if i even took the picture of her. the dick one was soo funny. i wanted to just finish the roll and i always wanted to take a picture of that and it just turned out that it was pointed right at my face. yeah its still on my wall, its been there for over 6 months at least. i dont plan on getting rid of it. the camera is pretty sweet, i mean it sucks because basically its like a "point and shoot" style camera and you cant change any sort of focus or apature, which bothered me. you also need something to actually take pictures of because my roll is pretty boring. other than that its pretty cool. i finished another roll the other day and im excited to see if it will do the same thing with the double exposures and stuff. plus they are like 40 bucks
haha, if by print them myself you mean drive my moped to london drugs and get them processed, then yes. yeah there used to be a darkroom at my school but they took it out last year and the teacher back then had alzeihmers so he didnt teach me anything. he couldnt even remember if i was in his class. and i dont have room to make a darkroom in my house.
haha sweet well london drugs is always cool. i can only print black and white at my school so that's where my colour film ends up too. yea i switched to elgin last year just for the photography program, whcih was really great. we actually just built a new house and i made sure there was windowless room so that i could make a darkroom.

yea all my BW pictures were processed at my school's darkroom.
do you print your photos youself?
